take photos of the subject property exterior and if available, interior photos, with photos of
comparable listings and sold or pending listings with each report.
Short Sale Division
The short sale department prides itself in client consultation, document preparation, BPO
scheduling and achieving the highest net possible for our Sellers and banks through marketing
and negotiating skills acquired over a decade in the real estate business. Our department has
helped property owners and lenders avoid the lengthy and costly process of foreclosure and the
